Alisa Afusah Mogre_Coordinator (Training and Capacity Building)
Alisa Mogre is an experienced trainer and capacity development expert. She has trained various groups of people in leadership, governance, campaigns and advocacy, conflict management and many other areas. She has developed training manuals and conducted capacity building trainings for organisations, professionals, students and community members both in and outside Ghana.
Alisa Mogre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management from KNUST and a Master’s degree in Leadership and Development from University for Development Studies. She has worked in numerous capacities in programmes, administrative and human resource as well as capacity development. She worked with Care International in Ghana and managed the United Nations World Food Programme Field Office in Wa.
Joseph Mills_Coordinator (Research and Communication)
Joseph Mills holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Technology with a major in Agricultural Economics and Extension and a Master of Arts Degree in Development Management. Currently he functions as a Multimedia Communications Consultant of his firm which works primarily in the provision of quality multimedia output for clients both in the non-profit and corporate sector.
His prior work experience has been mainly in the areas of community mobilisation, facilitation of trainings, building strong community networks in the areas of agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, child sponsorship and disaster response management. He has also been successfully involved in FBO capacity building project planning and implementation at the community level.

Kwaku Oduro_Coordinator (Strategy and Planning)
Kwaku Oduro is a distinguished Leadership and Motivational trainer and speaker, a professional Customer Service consultant, a multiple award-winning broadcast journalist and a part-time lecturer.
He holds an MSc Degree in Strategic Planning and Management from the University for Development Studies, Ghana as well as a BBA Degree in Management from Valley View University, Ghana.
He is the Founder and Team Leader of Vision Inspires Group. He previously worked as a Project Officer for the KESMI FM/STAR-Ghana Media Advocacy on Mental Health Awareness, and now the Morning Show Host and the General Manager of KESMI FM, an all English formatted radio station in Tamale, Ghana.
Rita Salifu’s background is in Public health, Nutrition and Project Management. She has extensive experience and knowledge in program/project evaluative research using both qualitative and quantitative methods; intellectual and administrative leadership of research projects, research project proposal writing, budgeting, fundraising and management of research grants.
Rita holds a degree in Community Nutrition from the University for Development Studies and other postgraduate qualifications, including a Master in International Health from the University of Copenhagen with language skills in Dagbani, Hausa, Twi, Kusaal and Mampruli.
